Charged without being informed. Misleading and wrong!
This company charged me a ridiculous amount of $193.25 without informing me about the charge!
I wouldn't have agreed to it if I was informed about it.
Charge removed completely.

Based on the details provided in the attached complaint I was able to locate account number 5687*XXXXXXXX.1 for ***. Our records indicate that this bill is the result of the office visit on 10/01/18 with Dr. Navkaran Singh of New Beginnings OBGYN. As of 05/01/2019 I called the place of service at XXX-XXX-XXXX and I confirmed the they currently have the signed lab consent form on file for this date of service. Our office received insurance details along with the patient's specimen and we submitted the claim for charges totaling $225.00 on 10/10/18. The insurance provider which is "in-network" processed the claim with $ 193.25 applied to the patient's responsibility. Based on our research we are unable to adjust the charge of $193.25. I hope that details provided above will provide a better understanding of the charges.

No one informed me of the charge. I would not have gotten the lab work done if there was a charge. This is very misleading and bad business practice.
Received a bill, never been to the site of service or seen the degree in provider. Called number listed, first call woman states she can not hear me and disconnected second call gentlemen barely spoke English puts me in hold, then comes back and states we will start an investigation clearly not your bill throw bill away. This is unacceptable, bill is in my name and address but what do I do now, I don't want this on my credit report.
Other (requires explanation) Is this fraud'?? What do I do! Please notify me, I kept bill with all information of i need to forward this to anyone. I don't want anyone to be paying bills that aren't theirs if they are to old to know better or challenges with understanding it's not theirs. Thank you for your time.
