I've been receiving a product called Pathos Skin Care in the mail and noticed I've been billed monthly $on bank statementI never authorized these withdrawals but did one time request an offered sample of the product Today I called their number on my statement and requested they cancel my supposed accountI've read reviews that others have had a similar problem and haven't always had their accounts cancelled as requestedMeanwhile they are still being charged for the unwanted productTo me this is scamming the victims who believed they were simply trying a productThe name on my statement is LCS TRYLUSCIOUSSKIN and the number I called is 877-903-I'm very concerned they won't heed my cancellation

I bought a day free trial from this company and canceled within the day period ...I was told I would be charged because they sent me the product! I told them I would send the product back which they refused! The girl I dealt with was extremely rude told me the best they could do was 25% off, and that I should have read the fine print when I ordered! Then she gave me her name and employ number and when I said I needed a pen to write it down she hung up on me!I went back and read the fine print which stated I could return the product!! So I called again and they said they wouldn't charge me...what a scam! I wonder how many people have paid$ for there FREE Trial!

I called them back to find out how much the Serum was. Turns out the cost is $89.76 for the BioGeniste and $91.68 for the Hydravella. I asked if I could cancel my trial order because the cost was out of my reach. They said no. Once it processed there is no cancelling. Now I have wait for the product call them for a return number and pay shipping again to return and cancel the product. About a $24.00 mistake. BEWARE consumers you don't find this out until you print your confirmation receipt.
