I had the Healthy Woman DNA testing completed through my doctor's officeI was told the company, Pathway Genomics, would bill me $ The testing and reporting occurred between March 16th and 26th of I never recieved a bill and was told by my doctor's office that I would receive oneLast week, I received three bills together, the most recently dated being a bill from a collections agency that were sent to an address I haven't lived at since When attempting to pay Pathway Genomics, I was directed to a website, https://pathway.ilabbill.com, that goes to an error page, and a phone number (877) 559-that does not connect to any line I eventually got to the collection agency's information that allowed me to pay the bill I have reviewed the company's website and the information the DNA testing provided me, and while I am happy with the information I was provided, I am confused and concerned that there seems to be no accurate contact information for this company other than a physical address The contact information for the company needs to be updated Also, I wish that communication between my doctor's office, this company, and me had occurred before my bill was sent to a collection agency It also appears, based on the three bills delivered together, that two were issued before a collection agency became involved Had my correct address, which was listed on the documentation sent to Pathway Genomics, been used, I would have been able to pay the bill when it was issued initially Again, the bill pay site and the company phone number do not work and need to be updated for the documentation issued by Pathway Genomics I am not very likely to recommend this company due to lack of credibility
