Considering there was never any notice or alert sent to me via mail, email, phone call the minute these were occurring on a daily basis and considering I have contacted parties who the money went to and they claim the money went through no problem yet I was still accumulating charges, I am not satisfied with the amount of reimbursement that this 'bank' is offeringHad I been notified at an earlier time that this was occurring this could have been preventedI put trust in a bank with making my monthly payments to bills, rent, and my student loans and they did not offer me the courtesy of informing me of any negative occurrence on my accountI lost paychecks, plus other money earned in just one month to this bankI have been with them not months and there was never any information sent to me regarding my accountThe manager claims that I would have received something at the end of February and by that time I would have been blindsided by all the overdraft fees.I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general in the hopes that I am reimbursed for all 'overdraft' payments.

On January 30th, at 12:38am, a debit card transaction authorized by the member posted to the account in questionThe available balance was less than the amount of the debit card transactionPathways assessed a $courtesy pay fee per the terms of its Membership and Account Agreement
On January 30th, at 4:41am, a direct deposit was posted to bring the account back to a positive balanceThe account remained with a positive balance until February 9th, 2017, when a check was posted at 7:11pm which overdrew the account and resulted in a second $courtesy pay fee being assessedOver the next days, subsequent courtesy pay fees were assessed as the available account balance remained below $ On February 16th, 2017, a subsequent direct deposit brought the account back to a positive balancesubsequent courtesy pay fees were assessed as items authorized by the member posted while the available account balance was less than $On February 21st, 2017, a check deposit was made to bring the account back to a positive balancePathways placed a standard local hold on the check depositcourtesy pay fee was assessed while the check hold was in placeAt all times, Pathways Financial Credit Union abided by the terms of its Member and Account AgreementNonetheless, as a good faith gesture to our member, we have refunded courtesy pay fees totaling $in an effort to assist the member in recovering from the actions that began on January 30th,
