This company is making too many mistakes with meds for my mom and too many missed appointments and never getting meds or seen by a doctor come to the house like they advertised my mom is housebound as well I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone especially the elderly !!!!!!!

this place is a joke we had them last yr and it was like it was run by the stooges the way they treated my mom and I filed a complaint and heard the person In charged was fired but now they are back and doing the same thing over again with different people a simple reorder of dressing for my moms wound from surgery from 2 weeks ago and they wont order more claiming her dr wont put in the order as they say she doesn't need dressing anymore so I call the dr office they had no idea of what im talking about and wanted to see a pic of the wound to see how bad it is as why wouldn't we order more so nurse from pathways is lying not sure who she was calling but it wasn't dr office so I def would not recommend them to anyone

If I could leave no star that’s my choice... this place bills the insurance at time of visit. They have let me go now four consecutive weeks and I’ve had to pay for medicine that my insurance company would cover if they cared enough to submit the paperwork! This place has messed with so many families that the opiat crises will get worse. They get there money four times a month. 250 each week plus 150 council session but they have lied and mislead me to the point a councilor told me to get myself some sub off the streets. It’s killing people! They need to open their eyes!
