I am attaching her documented accusations and what the start of her complaints were aboutNo we do not carry specialty respiratory items, that does not mean anything other than thatShe was nasty and rude to my employee regarding us not having her parts, left and then came back in to make a purchaseHe claims are false, insurance verified and stated on her copy we are Not In Network She made up claims of some sort of mistreatment to one of our favorite patientsThen waited a whole week to decide to try and return items she had taken out of our storeThere was NO reason for her to return items, she stated she wanted a refund and she was told her insurance had been billed when she signed the ticket How we have done things since she was a switch-over from an IN NETWORK PROVIDER? Because they were "rude"She was very rude herself, telling me that reversing the claim was her "right" yelling while pointing her finger at an employee, over my shoulder, she had made very nasty and ugly claims about She asked if I had any other contact, while looking at BOTH of my business cards, I said noI am the owner, nobody is over me I did tell her I was not going to tolerate her behavior and she could leaveI asked if she would like a copy of her records to go somewhere else for her needs, she refusedI had already reviewed the video's of her original complaint that she made against my employee, found her claim to be completely unwarranted So why she was so unhappy and then came back into the store to make a purchase, seems suspicious.This patient came to us as a "unhappy customer" from an In Network Provider, she has always been out of network,and has subsequently made disparaging comments via social media about my companyI am not sure what you can really do for someone who is never happy We simply supply parts for medical equipment She was aware of this from the beginningHer nastiness is not welcome hereNobody deserves to be accused falsely or out of complete malice I am aware that we all have bad days, that doesn't give you the right to lie and slander someones livelihood because of that Thank you for the opportunity to give our voice a chance to be heard Lisa Robinson

I am rejecting this response because:It is a violation of my HIPPA regulations to check my Facebook page. Under the first amendment, I am entitled to my opinion.In addition, it was a violation of HIPPA regulations to tell me details about another customer. Huey's should at least adhere to federal law even in the face of disagreements.I also do not have trouble with other businesses and have never had trouble resolving disagreements.
