I had a positive experience with this company I would like to share I spoke with an advocate [redacted] over the phone who was very kind and patient with me He explained exactly how the program works and made sure I understood exactly how the program worked before we got off the phone They sent me paperwork mainly filled out, just required me to sign in a few different places After sending back the application to patient assistance the manfacture then went ahead and sent my medication directly to my house

They are the middle man, we also went thru them and when we actually talked to the company that sent the meds to my mother, they told her they did NOT charge for her 3 prescriptions, a third party was being paid by her. Call the company that send the meds to you, directly. You probably qualify to get them for free.

I do not understand how people can talk bad about this company PAbasically saved my life I couldn't afford my insulin anymore so I was looking online for assistance programs and found this company They did my intial enrollment over the phone then sent me some paperwork that me and the doctor needed to sign I got all the paperwork back to them in a few days and within weeks I had my medications delivered I would recommend this company to anyone who is struggling or cant afford their medication Their staff was very nice and easy to work I am so grateful I found them I do not know where I would if I couldn't get my insulin Thank you so much PA123!!!!! After running into numerous roadblocks with the Manufacturer (don't serve Medicare Part D participants) and their recommended agencies that assist with RX Costs (mainly they did not cover my particular med or had run out of funding for my chronic disease assistance), I had submitted my name & number to an RX Assistant Program - the callback came from PA
Some things your should know:
* They are a fee for service "advocate" organization that can get you the high cost prescriptions you need directly from the manufacturer (even when the manufacturer claims you don't qualify for their own low or no cost programs) at a price you can live with without going broke!
* You pay for an initial application enrollment ($50) and a monthly enrollment fee based on financials and drug costsIn my case, paying this fee to PA was a godsend - I am looking at a savings of $1,per month if all goes as planned
* You can opt out of their advocacy program at any timeIf it is before you receive medication, the most you will lose is the application fee of $
* I will update my review within the month - the "proof is in the performance" of this organizationAfter spending hours on the phone with other dead-end options, I am hopeful that I can enjoy the benefits of contracting with PA for nothing else was panning out in my favor If all goes as stated, my health, my sanity, and my solvency will all be much improved
If you have tried all the other avenues without success in lowering those crushing monthly medication costs, I'd say to at least give this company a shot at working on your behalf for a nominal monthly feeit's like having a lawyer on retainer

I am Grateful for this company they were able to enroll me in the patient assistance program thru NovoNordisk for my insulin. They answered all my calls and they were very efficient in the timing it took for me to get approved.
