qualified for a chair for over lbsThe patient this time was at pounds and did not qualify for what she had in the pastWe provided the largest chair for the under classification and explained that this was largest chair we could provide for her weight classAt the time she was satisfied and signed for the chair - she certainly had the option of not acceptingHer sales representative did explain this to the nurse and understood that this was the largest chair we can provide for this weight classThe Power Chair provided is a month rental and remains the property of the provider (us) and that the patient can ask to have it returned if that is her desireWe will stop the Insurance billing upon the pick up of the chairSo we leave it in the patient's court to decide if she wants to keep the chair or return itThank You!
