This is the response to the complaint from customer I have requested the manufacture to send this Directly to the customer the manufacturer promised me that they were going to send it to them I always inform the customer what they manufacture was doing. The customer called me and told me that...
he has not received it I called a minute facture 4 to 5 times And they never send it to him.it is a small end cup and That was missing from when the materials were ordered. I am taking over and I am sending it to him via [redacted] . I will attach a [redacted] tracking number so you can track it and make sure he gets delivered to them. I apologize for the confusion but I had requested the manufacture several times to send it to them they told me they were going to send it to them they told me they send it to them and apparently they never there but now I'm sending it to him if you have any questions please contact me at [redacted]
