Phil provided verbal response: I believe everything is taken care of as I received an answering machine message Monday, July 10, in the eveningBy Tuesday morning were back at the house finishing the jobThe permit was obtained in the sequence the town provided. The permit was applied for
days after the contract was signedWe brought the deck up to code at no additional charge and provided free flooring for the room
