I had ordered two products where my bank card was charged but items backordered. At this time able through chat cancel orders and told refunded seven business days. However, after a week no refund but after two emails told by company 6/17 credit was issued but my bank verified no refunds from the company. Now can't get hold of anyone at company just get hung up on and no responses to my emails and no refunds. I was able call company today but long wait times and still couldn't get through. This company is negligent in terms of issuing my refund and this run around is ridiculous.
