Review: Patio Crew has not return phone calls for a warranty issue. They installed a cover in July,2012 and there is a leak that appeared in November 2013. I called in November 2013 and left a voice mail. No return phone call. I decided to call again this month, June 2014. Since June 9, 2014, I have called twice and sent a email. I spoke to [redacted], who said W[redacted] was out of town and would get back too me. [redacted] stated that on June 9 or 10 and again on June 16 or 17,2014. [redacted] also said he would create a report for W[redacted] when he got to the office, he was out of the office both times I called. He also said W[redacted] would be back in town on the last two Thursdays ( June 11, and 18th). I sent a email to [email protected] on June 20, 2014. ( email was not returned) As of today no one from the Patio Crew has contacted me. The cover has several rust areas.The cover cost $4,448.Thanks,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Replace the cover because it is not suppose to leak.
