I am very impressed with the company called Patio LivingExcellent customer service, pricing and communicationI made a substantial purchase online and all my expectations were exceeded

Umbrella purchasie process did not identify fabric color challenges, and after receiving the product and noting the discrepancy between actual and advertised colors requested replacement umbrellas I was pointed back to the small print terms and conditions and advised that my original $purchase was subject to a $return fee (shipping and restocking) I sent notes outlining the lack of consumer information around color samples and available swatches back to Patio Living and received an impersonal response giving me return instructions and confirming the return charges Overall poor upfront buying process/information provision coupled with impersonal "customer service" geared only to generating income for patio living

This company does have better prices than most other web sites but the service was very frustrating After spending $2,we had to wait way too long for out products and all the emails received were inaccurate about wait times
The web site also has a "lowest price guarantee" but when I was shopping for a patio heater I found prices at another location about $cheaper but patioliving refused to match or beat the price as they "guarantee."
I recommend paying a little more and go elsewhere as the stress is not worth the savings

I am writing about my experience with patioliving.com
I ordered a $1,table along with - $chairs on One month later the entire order shipped The chairs are perfect, however they sent the wrong table A bar height table (41" legs) was ordered, but they sent the table with 27" legs instead It seemed like an easy fix, but when I called patio living to switch out the legs, they had me enter into the "claims" process I had to take pictures of the legs and submit them before hearing if/when the problem would be rectified Finally, on 5.26.15, the correct table was shipped I just opened the box, and it is the incorrect table again! Never again will I order from this company You would think better care would be taken with a $5,order of furniture

I found PatioLiving.com while searching for an authorized dealer for *** patio furnitureI wanted to replace the cushion on my year old *** chaise lounger, and *** does not deal directly with the public I called PatioLiving.com and they instructed me to send photos of my chaise so they could forward to *** to identify my chaise Their email response was fast Their website was easy to navigate to find the replacement cushions and fabric choicesMore importantly was their excellent pricing compared to my local patio furniture store in the Dallas area I found my fabric of choice and called to confirm my selection They said expect 4-weeks delivery timeframe since the item would be shipped directly from Tropitone I received a shipment notification from PatioLiving.com within weeks The cushion arrived at almost exactly weeks from my order date I could not be happier I am impressed that this internet company helped correctly identify the exact chaise model and orchestrated a perfect buyer experience for a major component of a year old patio furniture piece

I'm still waiting on an order. I ordered an umbrella and base on 4-4-2015. The website and order confirmation stated 2-3 weeks. It's now 4 weeks and the shipping estimate was updated to 5 weeks. When I contacted them they could not care less about the delay and chose to hide behind the "shipping is an estimate" fine print. I will not be at all surprised if shipping gets pushed out for many more weeks to come. I would not recommend my friends and family to shop with this company.

I can't say enough about the durability of this patio furniture. I bought my set of table and 4 swivel rockers in the 1980's and this company supplied me with touch up paint and end caps and whatever I needed for years. I just took my 4 chairs to be powder coated and was on this site looking to replace my cushions. I can't remember how long they lasted, but I think it was at least 12 years. I have been using cheap cushions for a while, replacing every other year and I have decided to replace with these cushions soon. I think my chairs will last several more years--what else can you buy that lasts for 40 years? I am a happy customer!!

Freight damage is unforeseeable and we act on it right of way and with customers consent a replacement order is put in place or a full refund for the damage pieces is done.  Ms. [redacted] chose the replacement pieces as part of her order.  At this time we have a replacement order in place for the damaged pieces and as the items are custom there is a lead time on these items.  This information was provided to our customer and we are continuing to follow this order.  We have credited a 10% discount towards our customers order as a show of good faith while we maintain the replacement.  We will continue to follow our customers replacement order and do what is possible to expedite the process of that order.  Thank You.

replacement parts are not stocked items and will have to go through the production process for paint and assembly before going out. The rocker plate and spare parts are in the paint process and are due to be shipped out by weeks end this week estimated. We did advise our customer of the estimated lead time that claims can be fulfilled. At this time will follow up when the order ships and provide the tracking info for the warranty parts that are shipping at no cost to our customer.

I will never purchase from here again. They charged me $66 to return an item I bought online. That is terrible customer service. From now on I'll make my purchases from amazon.
