To The Revdex.com, To whom it may concern,Attached is the invoice in referenceThe order in question was done with our Full GuaranteeUpon their inspection prior to paying the customer signed work Satisfactorily CompletedMrscalled after technicians left her home and spoke with Cathy She was concerned that Some of the furniture was not movedAn appointment was offered for the men to go back that same day, and she requested the next day 7/15/between 12-She seemed satisfied with that.About one hour later Mrcalled yelling , screaming and very rude and cancelled the appointment and ordering a refund on the extra work the men did in their home totaling $We guarantee all the work our technicians do and I tried to explain that tho him but he refused to even listen to anything we tried to say.The technicians called and offered to go right back that same day and see wth problem and anything they wanted done They were refused and hung up on Customer again called the office and spoke to Jean I Jean listened to him very carefully He said he sat at his kitchen table and watched everything they did The did remove the spots and stains he was concerned withThe men were polite and they both agreed to the additional work as they might as well have a complete and though job done while they were having the carpets cleanedHe said he saw the ment shampoo and steam clean the soild and traffic areas and saw them tab the furnitureHe questioned them about moving the furniture, they said they didHe could have asked them at that time to show himI offered to send them back, not good for him I offered him a credit for the amount of their order good for to monthsThat was not good for him So I extended it to year and still not good enough for him.(1) We cleaned in good faith(2) He accepted the terms (3) They inspected and signed for the job(4) We offered to what ever they wantedWe were denied the right to see the complaint in a timely manner.(5) Their complaint does not meet our criteria for a refund.(6) See letter from our President to customer(7) See our attached Certificate Award.Sincerely,Jean B***Exec Vice President

We learned our lesson where Sparkle is concerned The men who came to the home lied saying things were moved when they weren't They even went as far as putting styrofoam blocks under furniture that was never moved and dry as a bone proving our complaintI contacted Revdex.com with my complaint and hope other consumers will heed our warning and not deal with Sparkle and their poor business ethics.Thank you, *** ***

with Cathy.  She was concerned that Some of the furniture was not moved. An appointment was offered for the men to go back that same day, and she requested the next day 7/15/15 between 12-3. That was not good for him.  So I extended it to 1 year and still not good enough for him.(1) We cleaned in good faith.
