LET ME START OFF BY SAYING, SUPER SERVICE CENTER DOES NOT HAVE ANY LEGAL CASES (OPEN OR CLOSED) AGAINST US.  AS FAR THE FALSE ACCUSATIONS ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE,  HERE WE TRY TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PROBLEM AS WE DID ON THIS VEHICLE. TRANSMISSIONS DONT GO OUT OVER NIGHT, THIS VEHICLES PROBLEMS STARTED BEFORE IT BROKE DOWN THE FIRST TIME, AND ANY "CERTIFIED MECHANIC" WOULD KNOW THAT THE DAMAGE THAT WE TOLD YOU ABOUT TO YOUR TRANSMISSION WAS CAUSED BY LACK OF FLUID IN THE TRANSMISSION. WHEN YOU HAVE AN OLDER VEHICLE WITH HIGH MILEAGE THINGS GET COSTLY. WE TOLD YOU PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR AND YOU CHOSE TO NOT PUT MONEY IN THE CAR. YOU WERE NOT ONLY TOLD ABOUT YOUR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS BUT ALSO YOUR FRONT SUSPENSION PROBLEMS WHICH WERE SO BAD THEY COULD HAVE CAUSED A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT.  YOUR VEHICLE DID NOT LEAK WHEN IT LEFT THIS GARAGE, AND YOUR DECISION TO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS VEHICLE IS THE PROBLEM. YOUR ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS YOUR CAR WOULDNT MOVE BECAUSE IT HAD NO TRANSMISSION FLUID WE FIXED THAT PROBLEM.  WE ARE NOT GONNA KEEP REPLYING TO THE LIES AND BOGUS STATEMENTS. YOU ARE THE ONE ENDANGERING LIVES, YOU DROVE THE CAR AFTER WE TOLD YOU HOW DANGEROUS YOUR FRONT END SUSPENSION PARTS WERE. YOU CHOSE TO PUT YOUR BABIES IN THE VEHICLE AFTER BEING WARNED. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE BACK FOR  A FULL ESTIMATE ON HOW MUCH PARTS AND LABOR WILL BE TO FIX YOUR CAR. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I absolutely do NOT accept this response from this business. After getting my car back for the THIRD time and being told it was fixed AGAIN, it broke down again with the exact same problem I originally took it there for. I then had the vehicle towed to another Shop where the Mechanic found that the original Garage had misdiagnosed the problem to begin with! He found that the Transmission Pump was bad and needed replaced. He informed me that since the original garage  advertises that they do "transmission work" that they should have found the problem immediately. He said it took him less than half an hour to find the issue. In his opinion the original shop did NOT properly diagnose the real problem. Furthermore, due to the IMPROPER work that they repeatedly done to my car and due to the lack of ability to fix the problem the first time;  They have damaged the Transmission which now has to be replaced! Not only did they not find or fix the actual problem, they filled the transmission with the wrong transmission fluid on TWO separate occasions! The CERTIFIED Mechanic is willing to send a letter to the Revdex.com listing everything the original garage did wrong and how what they did damaged my transmission. He suggested contacting an Attorney as well due to the damage that could and should have been avoided had the original garage known what they were doing and addressed the problem to begin with. The Attorney I spoke to informed me that this Garage already has several Lawsuits against them for similar reasons. He said that it goes without saying that when one takes their vehicle to a garage to be fixed, it will be fixed when they call you to pick it up and charge you for the Service of supposedly FIXING the vehicle. Why would they charge you if the car was not fixed? Furthermore, I have every receipt from this Garage listing what was "suppose" to have been done. Nowhere on the receipts is there mention of "transmission damage". In all actually, when I first took my car there I specifically asked if anything was wrong with the transmission? I was told no, it was only a leaking seal. I paid them to replace it. I picked the vehicle up and it broke down within a few miles with the exact same problem. I had the car towed again, this time they said the transmission fluid they had literally just replaced the day before was full of sludge. I have pictures of the fluid. The Mechanic who now has my car took pictures himself and stated that they should have known the first time that the problem was not due to a leaking seal!!! He is willing to send his findings to the Revdex.com should they be requested. The Attorney I spoke with said that in his opinion I should be given a complete refund. If I am not refunded I will join the NUMEROUS other individuals who are currently taking legal action against this Garage. Should I have to take legal action The Lawyer adviced that I ask not only for a refund but for compensation of time lost from work for both my husband and myself. As well as the cost of a new transmission including labor and legal fees. At this point all I will accept is a complete refund. If I do not receive one I am ready to respond with Legal Action. My Lawyer says it would be an open and shut case due to the testimony of the Mechanic with proof of repeated negligence on their part. He also intends to inform the judge about the unacceptable number of other legal cases currently against this Garage. I feel that the wrongdoing of this garage is recurrent and ongoing. They not only endangered my life and my babies life but also the lives of everyone else on the road with me because of their negligence. I took my car to their garage to be fixed, I have no knowledge of cars. My only option was to trust what this Garage told me. I trusted them and I paid them OVER $600 I now know that they had no clue what was wrong with my car. They only made matters worse by putting the wrong transmission fluid in it!

Re: [redacted]Account No.: [redacted] Revdex.com No. [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],This letter is in response to the inquiry Ms. [redacted] filed with the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com) dated July 2, 2017. Global Lending Services LLC (“GLS) appreciates you bringing Ms. [redacted]’s issue to our attention and...

providing us the opportunity to resolve her concerns. We value Ms. [redacted]’s business and it was an honor to have her as a customer. In her inquiry, Ms. [redacted] mentions written correspondence to GLS in May 2017. Unfortunately, GLS did not receive that correspondence. To confirm non-receipt we reviewed the tracking information she provided in her inquiry and noticed that it was received by someone at zip code 29602. GLS does not receive mail at any addresses with a zip code of 29602.We have reviewed Ms. [redacted]’s Revdex.com inquiry regarding a late payment notification that was reported for June 2015 to the consumer reporting agencies. On May 31, 2017, GLS received an electronic dispute from Experian and, based on the information contained in the dispute, GLS sent a request to all three consumer reporting agencies on June 6, 2017 to have the late payment notification for June 2015 removed. We have reviewed how the tradeline for this account is reporting. It appears that one of the consumer reporting agencies did not update this tradeline as we requested. Therefore, we are going to submit an additional request to have this tradeline updated to reflect that Ms. [redacted] was not late during the life of this loan. A manager called and spoke with Ms. [redacted] on July 5, 2017 to give her this information and to clear up any additional questions.GLS sincerely appreciates Ms. [redacted]’s feedback. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would like the fax number to send my receipts along with other documents into the Revdex.com because this is complete fiction! Just because you put it in caps doesn't make it true. The Secretary who called me names over the phone is the "[redacted]" who sent the last reply in from "Super" Service. She knows that Mr [redacted] knows for a fact that a law suit is pending for his neighbor! And I'm fairly sure he wouldn't have said "multiple" Lawsuits if there was not. Along with the receipts where none of what [redacted] said was mentioned, I would also like to send in the Scan and thoughts of the Transmission Shop who has my car now. The replies from Super Service are just as bad as their Service! I will take them to Court and I will win according to the Lawyer and the Mechanic who currently has my car. Idk why they keep saying that I wouldn't spend money on my car? [redacted] personally made sure she told me that it was her belief that "I was poor".  And here she goes again trying to make this about money. I PAID YOU MONEY! MY CAR STILL WASNT FIXED! THATS WHY WE ARE HERE!!!! My receipts say nothing like what she is saying they told me. One receipt mentioned a Ball Bearing, which we paid them to fix as well. So, again, this is COMPLETE FICTION. It's a shame they can't admit there own mistakes. Also, on the receipts it says that the Owner Vic fixed my car; He has still refused to speak to me even one time. I KNOW I have the right to speak to the Mechanic who worked on my car, yet he refuses to talk to me. He won't even respond to the Revdex.com, he has his secretary do it in all caps. I'll never understand these people but I do plan on making sure my issues and troubles with them are known. You can't do people this way, over and over, and keep getting away with it. You simply can't.
