Patricia A. Moss DDS Reviews (1)
Review: I had two appointments for biannual check up/cleanings. I was told the first visit that it would be 100% covered, I came back for my second visit and I was asked for my insurance card to rebill the first visit. I was told it would be taken care of and I would not be stuck with a bill. I then had my second appointment and as I was leaving the receptionist told me they did not take my insurance. After two appointments I was told this, and I was not told prior. I was told 100% would be covered. Now I am being sent a bill monthly with late fee and they refuse to adjust the balance due to their error.Desired Settlement: I will not use the service here any more since I am now aware it is not covered at this location. I do not think I should be responsible for this bill when I was told otherwise. Billing adjustment to $0 is necessary.
Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company she stated that the consumer's insurance was not accepted at their practice and she has tried to contact the consumer numerous times to try to resolve the payment issue. [redacted] would like the consumer to contact her at [redacted] or at her personal number at [redacted].
The situation has been resolved. It was all due to a misunderstanding between myself and the office. By accepting this offer I have been told that the business will not be affected negatively.
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted].
