On 04/24/2016, I started noticing a roach/bedbug residue that permeated the apartment E when attempting to sleep This caused an allergic reaction, which got me sick with the flu on 04/30/2016, until I started feeling better about the time I was asked to move out Speaking of being asked to move out, this is because, the pest control engineer, failed to address all the roach/bedbug issues, thus the building is infested with these bugs, and I was accused of complaining and getting upset with the fact, that there was nothing else Patti or the pest control engineer was willing to do

Good morning, I received this notice from one of my brokers regarding the property listed on you complaint.  On 4/24/16  the tenant moved into the listed property.  I did not personally rent the unit to this individual, however on or about the 3rd of May I stopped by to pick...

up rent. At this time, the tenant stated to me that his bath tub faucet had a drip.  That issue was addressed that very same afternoon.  The tenant seemed to be pleasant but bragged aboutHimself as being the type of individual that would be watching the neighbors and making sure that everything in the neighborhood was as he stated “law abiding”.  The tenant shook my hand several times as I tired to leave,However, he kept trying to keep the conversation going.  I thought that the entire experience was a bit odd, however I told the tenant that I had other things that I needed to go.  A day later I ended up with the flu so I was unable to make rounds at the apartments  for about 4 days.  My doctor called in a prescription of Tamiflu and within a couple of days, I was back up and around. I was contacted by the tenant who stated that he had the flu and that he believed that it was from people who were smoking crack under his bedroom window.   He believed that the smell was rising up and making him sick.Because the days had been really windy, it was difficult for me to believe that this was the cause of his illness.  I then asked him if he had seen anyone below and if he had called law enforcement to arrest the individuals. He said that he had not personally seen anyone doing it, that it was just what he believed.  I advised him that there was a gate which should be locked in that mid section below his window.  I advised him that  I would make sure that the gate wouldBe locked and this would ensure that no one have access in that area.   I also advised him that I was also suffering from the flu and had to get Tamiflu to get better.  A day or so later, Royal pest Control LLC, was there doing the monthly spraying.  One of the managers called me and stated that he was complaining that he had bedbugs and that he had captured them in a baggie.  I told her to give the bag to theExterminator, who determined  that they were not bedbugs but a flying nats.  He told him that he could not really do anything for them but to keep his door closed since he did not have a screen door.  The tenant then sated that he was infested with roaches,However, according to the exterminator and manager, there was no trace of an infestation of roaches either.  The tenant called me again and now stated that the smell of dead bugs was making him sick. I went to meet him in his unit and stated to him that I did not smell anything unusual.  I did see one dead bug on the floor and told him that I he believed that, he should picked it up and threw it out.  After leaving the unit, the tenant told me that he felt that he was getting sick because of the unit and that he was going to be moving.  I advised him that he needed to do what he needed to do.   He stated to me that he had gotten a job offer in Colorado and that he would be moving.    He asked if he would be able to get his deposit back and I told him that I was unable to make that this decision at that time.  He texted me around the 1st of June and gave me his new forwarding address which was an Albuquerque address.  After reviewing his contract I noticed that he had a 6 month lease which clearly stipulates that he would be charged an early termination fee ifHe breaks his lease.  It was fully executed by both parties.  When the tenant called me around the 4th of the month to see when he would be getting his deposit back,  I informed him that because he had a termination fee, he would not receive his deposit.  I advised him that his itemized deduction would indicated that when he received it.  He got very irate and started yelling at me over the phone.  I was unable to calm him down and told him that If he didn’t stop yelling that I would be hanging up the phone.  He continued to yell and I told him I would be hanging up the phone and did so. The property is not rented through [redacted] and is not affiliated with them in any way.   (An executed copy of the contract can be provide if necessary as well as a report from Royal pest control.) If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call me at ###-###-#### Thank you, Patricia P[redacted]

I had a difficult time accessing my login, so I am letting you know that I have reported Patricia P[redacted] to the [redacted]. She lures tenants to make adverse decisions during their tenancy so Patricia can keep tenants deposit.
