The client has never contacted this office to find out if there was a problem with his return. The $260 was paid for the preparation of the return in which he was given copies of. I can either mail his copies that need to be mailed in or he may stop by office to pickup. These forms need to be postmarked no later than April 18, 2016. There will be no refund given in this matter as the work was done to prepare the tax return

Th15/16s office has never contacted me to pick up any paperwork. Beginning 3/18/16 and from 3/21/16-3/24/16 I called this office using the same number I used to make my appointment a month earlier, there was no answer and I left a voicemail each time. I received no calls in response to my voicemails. This is the reason for the formal complaint. As of today this office still has not contacted me to inform me of the issue with the e-file number. If I had not checked to see the status of my return on 3/15/16 I would not of known my return was not filed. When was it discovered that there was a problem with the e-file number?

There were never any voicemails as all voicemails are answered. Also his copies of return were mailed to him to sign and mail in. These were mailed out to client on April 1,2016. We always answer the phone.

As of Friday April 8th I have not received any returns via the U.S. Post Office. As far as the voicemails are concerned I made a call to the office for four days. No messages were returned.
