I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand there is a charge for days of rent in September when my month lease ended September 10thAlso, I did review my lease and was unable to find any notation of a month to month feeIf this is in fact a part of the lease please provide me with the paragraph and line number so I can reviewAnd finally I do not understand the cleaning chargeMy family and I stayed in this "renovated" apartment home for weeksThe apartment was left in the very same condition as when we moved inAnd with there being so many updates that took place prior to us moving in like new carpet and paint I don't get what the cleaning fee took care of. I am unable to attach the videos of move in/move out due to the file restrictions on Revdex.com's site, but I will have them sent over via email to Barge Properties by in the morning

As indicated below, if Ms*** has photos and videos supporting her claims, we would very much like to see them Since Ms***'s account and the manager's account are quite different, we respectfully request to see the photos and video referenced by Ms***. To address a few other points: - We definitely agree that being without AC in 100+ temperatures is not pleasant! Unfortunately, machines fail. In compliance with our company policy that AC repairs are considered "emergency" if the outside temp is above degrees, the AC was repaired the same day - Regarding return of her security deposit, the deposit was applied to any unpaid charges, as per the TAA lease. This included the pro-rated rent for the days of September, the month-to-month fee and standard cleaning fees. I am rejecting this response because: There actually was roaches in the fridgeI have photos and video with the apartment manager in it showcasing what we foundI was not shown a model apartment because I found this place via online and did everything onlineWe did
not see the apartment until after the factDue to the piss poor customer service I only agreed to do month to month. There was never any discussion to give me money backMind you I had my entire life and family from hours away ready to move into this dumpI did not have the luxury of going somewhere else the same dayI took the manager's word about all the wonderful upgrades the complex had. Yes the apartment flooded twice yes we did call to make the office awareI moved out September 8th and according to the paperwork my deposit should have been returned weeks later, but still haven't received anythingOverall though the apartment had be repainted (poorly) and new floors installed this place was still nastyThe picture attach is the frozen central air piping that happened not once but twiceYes air was restored the same day, but when you have a child in a home and it's 100+ degrees outside you would be upset too
