[redacted] called me and had asked for a measure of one window for draperies $fee for request Once I arrived at her house to measure that one window for $ She requested that I measure practically the entire house for ( I guess) that quoted I gave her of $75.00I gave [redacted] the measure for that one window right then and there (on site) and [redacted] paid me the $for that service only!!However I did measure all of the other windows for her and she told me to keep the measures on file for future draperies Upon arrival [redacted] explained to me that she found another processor prior to me for (whatever) reasons [redacted] was not pleasant at all to me and it seemed she was unpleasant with her husband and kids at the timeReally not sure what's going on with [redacted] but I find her to be untruthfull in many respects[redacted] did call me on the 4th of July and was extremely radical over the phoneAnyway, service was rendered at what I quoted [redacted] for and my fee for that service is the $that is rightfully mineThanks,Patrick

I am rejecting this response because: the facts were not correctly reported The first time I contacted MrLynch, he stated that whether he measured one room or every room, the cost would be $and he would provide the measurements at the time of measure, as the measurements would be ours whether we hired him to install or not When MrLynch measured quickly and made some statements such as "That's what we'll do is put a small rod here and the two panels here" (installer lingo) which meant nothing to my husband and myself At that time I inquired about the measurements he promised Mr Lynch asked for a piece of paper and pen and made some notes that were not easily understandable and not what I needed to order the correct amount of fabric for drapes He promised to immediately email me the measurements specifying the amount of fabric I need to order which I never received Two days later I texted and emailed requesting all the measurements I explained that the notes he took were not sufficient for us as we needed an invoice showing the exact measurements to order fabric We made several attempts to email or call him We did eventually reach him via phone He seemed very surprised since he had not returned several phone calls from us The first thing he said was "Oh, I never sent you those measurements did I?" We told him that as originally stated we were on a time constraint for family room drapes and since it had been one month we hired another installer (we had never fired an installer previously and do not recall why he would make that statement) We requested a refund for $and he said "Ok, I'll mail you a check and hung up" I was not "radical" or unpleasant to MrLynch We appreciate his time and do not wish to be unfair to him however we did not receive any measurements from him In all fairness to us, we would appreciate if he would refund at least half of our money
