We bought a washer and dryer from them. Paid to have it delivered. The washer does not work. It will not fill up with water. We even had a plumber come out and had the shut off valves replaced, just in case. The plumber told us it was the washer. We have been trying to get the seller to come look/ fix/ replace/ return the machine for about SIX weeks now. He keeps saying that he will come by. Then ignores message and phone calls. We have reached out to the guy that schedules the deliveries and warehouse visits and he is not responding to messages either. All we want, is for them to make it right and come pick up the machines and give us a refund. And now, we can't get ahold of anyone. This seller has several items, at any given time, that they are selling online and with this type of service, they should not be allowed to do this. (The only reason this has "one star", is because it makes you pick do at least one)

I purchased a used washer and dryer from him Patrick on Craigslist. He came out and said they were good machines and he would warranty for 1 year. The ad said they were like new. When he showed up, he used white spray paint on them which then I should have known we could have problems. I was in a hurry to go to work and didn't try the machine. When I got home, the dryer screeched so loud, it was worse than the machines that he took away for us. I text him and he said he would order a part and come back and replace. That was over a month ago and now he will not return calls or text messages.

I have attempted to work with this person three times. First time was sold a fridge that leaks every defrost cycle. When I was told that he would fix any issues I assumed that when I called and texted I would get some kind of a response and didn't. After this I was forced to work with him via my rental company. Twice I scheduled with him, once he never got back to me or confirmed. The second time after confirming and taking the day off of work he never showed- nor did he call before or after. Not professional.
