Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2015/06/29) */ [redacted] 's complaint is unjustified and without meritHe joined my business model and he is not willing to follow instructions to get his business up and runningI even paid an assistant to help him get things set up and he is the one that keeps giving her the runaroundHe is totally unorganized and seems to forget to do the things he is supposed to do When he joined the business model, he agreed to the terms that there are no refundsI have this in writing in the form of a signed purchase order and the company has his electronic signature on file When I was first contacted weeks ago about this complaint, I asked my assistant, ***, to share her thoughts about [redacted] Here is her response in an email dated May 25th: "This is regarding Elton Morboom I am the setup person for the GForce groupI help new clients get their systems up and running and get them to the point where they are ready to dial and start working with their sponsors Right from the beginning [redacted] was a problemTo make a long story short, he was never able to get us the information we needed, did not answer emails, got nasty on the phone, all because he was not organizedI had patience with him, but he never followed through with my instructions for what I needed to get him setup and runningWeeks would go by without hearing from [redacted] and then he would call me up yelling at me! I'm too busy with a lot of people to have to be chasing him on the phone all the time, and I shouldn't have to with anyone If any questions, please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX." Please do call [redacted] if you need a confirmation of all of this [redacted] can be very disrespectful to both [redacted] and myself and we both have been very patient with himHe has yelled at us both on the phoneI have always provided assistance pointing him in the right direction when he calledHe would say he was going to do what I told him to and than he wouldn't do it This same pattern has gone on for monthsThere will be no refund to [redacted] as per the terms when he joined the business modelHe was provided a full suite of training and educational products with digital access when he joinedThank you

keeps giving her the runaround. He is totally unorganized and seems to forget to do the things he is supposed to do.
When he joined the business model, he agreed to the terms that there are no refunds. I have this in writing in the form of a signed purchase order and the company has his electronic signature on file.
When I was first contacted weeks ago about this complaint, I asked my assistant, [redacted], to share her thoughts about [redacted]. Here is her response in an email dated May 25th:
