Review: Mr. [redacted] word and workmanship was false and inferior. Product switching I'm sure was used and workmanship was unacceptable. He has repeatedly failed to follow through in repairs and refund money on returned material. It has been 5 weeks and he has not shown up at the work site even after repeated promises to correct the problems. I have been more than patient. This is my place of business and I cannot operate in full. I am requesting full monetary reimbursement for the products and labor. He never supplied me with invoices as promised.Desired Settlement: I want full refund for labor and material as the job has to be redone. $ 3,000.00 Labor$11,139.64 Materials (wood flooring and commercial carpet)____________$14,139.64 Total
