Great Service!! Now a days it is hard to find an honest business that looks for the best interest of the customer; Tampa Bay air is exactly that. They arrived on time and provided a detail explanation of all the work done so I knew exactly what was happening and answered all my questions I had. The experience was fantastic and met all my needs for my A/C maintenance... They were professional and did what they were supposed to We had other companies that had to be asked to leave as they were not doing what they promised I would estimate that 80% of the companies doing this work of liars Some companies said they put the system sealed and under negative pressure, that seems to mean stuff a dirty sponge in one end of the vent not at all sealing it and sucking from other end, not at all as described and did not work Were these guys perfect, no, the system they used does not completely clean ducts if they are large onesAs soon as the brush system only hits the bottom as it goes through But they did other important things and overall were the best of what I see as a mostly bad service I would use them again if needed They were 80% better than other companies claiming to be "Airseptic" companies
Tampa Bay Air recently replaced the A/C unit in my homeAfter receiving an outrageous bid from a competitor, I called Mike at Tampa Bay AirHe came out same day and was able to explain the issues and give us a few options all well under the competitors pricingThey came out the next day and replaced our unitThe technicians were friendly and efficient and left our home clean and coolEveryone was easy to work with and communicated well thoughout the entire processI highly recommend Tampa Bay Air and will continue to use them to service our unit for years to come

My 13 year old A/C unit failed and I was with out A/C for 5 days and it was very uncomfortable my property manager approved the replacement of the A/C unit. Chris and his coworker did an amazing job in putting everything together and explaning how the unit works and helped me set up the wifi app for the unit! I would hire them in the near future when I purchase a home and need to replace or repair my A/C unit.
