Revdex.com:All I am asking is for my floor to be fixed. Tiles are coming up. Grout is coming up. I should not have to pay 500-900$ for some one to tell me that it needs repaired. Patrick's can come look at it them selves or send a company to look at it. I have already paid for a floor that I cannot walk on. Why should I have to pay for a "certified floor inspector" to tell me it needs repaired. I will however get a quote from a flooring company to do the work. I will not pay more money out of pocket for repairs that obviously need taken care of.And I did not "Bad mouth" Patrick's floor on social media, I simply gave a truthful review of my experience with them. And Patrick's flooring was well aware of how unhappy I was with them. I am willing to allow Patrick's to inspect my floor, it to get a glowing company to inspect and give me a quote. I can also send pictures and or a video of the tiles coming up and tile grout.

No Patrick's flooring will not pay for the flooring inspector. You will have to cover that charge

She needs to have a certified inspector to go in and look at her floors and say what needs to be fixed not a certified business. We are not paying for another business to go in and fix the floor, she needs to have a certified inspector look at her floors first.

I will find a certified business to make repairs, and get that to Patrick's.Also Patrick's has been to my home to repair the floor ( different issue) and they broke several tiles, scraped walls and and very unpleasant to work with. This is why I did not contact them for this issue. I want someone to repair it properly.

If we receive a letter from a certified flooring inspector then we would be more than happy to hire someone to fix her floor tiles, but she has never called here saying that anything is wrong with her tiles. [redacted]---I do not think it is a good idea for Patrick's to come into my home. There is also no way I could leave my home with just a having a csection, and caring for a newborn and other son. My husband also works third shift every night, so he would not be able to supervise during the day.Also, last time Patrick's attempted to repair my floor, they broke 7-8 floor tiles. 24 inch floor tiles. I may have been upset and disappointed in Patrick's, but never was I rude. I also brought up my concerns with Patrick's owner about their employees bringing their child to my home to work with them. This child was probably about 7 years old. I felt it was a safety concern and very unprofessional. I want a qualified flooring company to come repair the floor. I do not want Patrick's to come into my home to repair it. When they came to put in floor, Patrick's employees were unprofessional, and unable to do their job adequately. One of the employees even brought their child with them to work in my home. When they attempted to repair a problem with a tile before, the employees broke several (7-8) large floor tiles. I had to pay for them. The floor is getting worse every single day
