I am rejecting this response because: First, he is only addressing part of the issue. He never addressed the issue of his wife telling me that the 2nd treatment was only a courtesy inspection and only as needed.  The written contract/receipt/warranty clearly states that my $200 payment (plus tax) includes a 2nd treatment 10-14 days following the first treatment.  Mr. Crosby did not address the issue of his wife following us during the second treatment illegally recording video on her phone without my consent after he told her to "Do whatever you have to." In his reply Mr. Crosby writes as if he had contacted me after I had asked him to honor his warranty.  This is the first that I have heard from Mr. Crosby since he was at my house for the second treatment.  Mr. Crosby has been to my house only twice.  I called him over three weeks ago telling him that I was still being bit.  He never replied to my message. After not receiving a reply from Mr. Crosby  I purchased chemicals and treated my own house.

I apologize for any issues you have had but this is the 1st message I have ever gotten from you. IF you would of let me know of this issue I would of already taken care of this. Let me know a day and time for treatment. Sincerly Patrick

No Bed Bugs were found at time of inspection or treatment. Mr. [redacted] insisted on having the apartment treated anyway. So I obliged. Yes 2nd treatment was 6 days late. In part by me and in part by Ms. [redacted]. I had to reschedule due to death in family. Ms. [redacted] failed to allow access to the unit,...

thus had to reschedule again.I followed all the criteria set forth in contract and was not met with compliance by client. I offered 3rd treatment as she desired. She accepted then the very next day was very nasty to my Wife and myself refusing the settlement. I need to point out at time of 2nd treatment Ms.  [redacted], my Wife [redacted] ,and myself went room by room all seeing the same view.NO BED BUGS. Ms. [redacted] does NOT have Bed Bugs. But she claims to be "getting bit".She spends a fair amount of time outside on her elevated balcony.Maybe mosquitoes are what is biting her.So I think this harassment has gone on long enough. She filed with BCA and we settled now with Revdex.com..... My offer to treat again for the 3rd time for Bed Bugs still stands. I would like to get this resolved for good this time. Ms. [redacted] may still renew the warranty if she so desires.
