Patriot angels was very professional and efficient and helping us apply for veterans assistance for long-term care for my Morher in-law They helped us with legal issues for trust set up and application to the VA They estimated time if approval and followed up regularly until approval and payment was made I would recommend them to other families needing this service

At first I thought Patriot Angels was the help I needed in getting my mother's claim through the VA system for aid and attendance. Her husband a wartime veteran, now deceased gives her this entitlement as she is aging and in need of full-time care. At times PA was attentive, but very sporadic with that attention. The lawyer involved was at best dismissive of me. Not customer friendly. It took them 5 months to tell me my paperwork was ready for ME to submit. Their review of my information wasn't correct. They made several mistakes that I caught. Meanwhile, money is draining from my mothers small home for her care. When I received notice back from the VA that I was missing many things, some were things that PA told me to leave out. When I let them know what position I was in, they seemed concerned, but didn't follow up. They understand completely that we were running out of time.My mother's claim is still in process. I highly suggest you go to a Disable American Veteran service and work through them. They are much more efficient and cost nothing. I didn't know about them when I started this process. After now a year.

I can't say enough about them. They are thourough, pleasant and they make the process a whole lot easier.
There were plenty of times that I was getting discouraged at the process and they always engcoraged me in a positive manner. They never tired of my many, many, questions. They were prompt in returning my phone calls and my emails. Very competent organization...I couldn't have done it without their help.
