I am rejecting this response because: ive had it rechecked  i never signed off on any paperwork  i put a drivable vehicle in your shop and now I cant drive my car  i will file thru small claims court next

This vehicle came in leaking oil pretty bad. We determined the main leak to be the front crankshaft seal. We had planned on doing the timing belt and other seals once we got into it but once we took it apart the belt and everything else looked really good. We replaced the seal and installed new...

spark plugs and a valve cover gasket. Vehicle did return with a complaint of the smoking issue as described by the customer but we could never get it to do it. This happened a couple times and then the vehicle set the check engine light and was running poorly. The code was for a misfire on cylinder number three. We disassembled the coils to find that the towers were heavily corroded. The rest of the coils looked just as bad. After showing the customer what we found we replaced all four ignition coils. Customer returned with the smoking out the tailpipe issue. We pulled all the spark plugs out of the engine and they showed signs of burning oil. We did notice the PCV valve plunger was stuck open and replaced (because that can cause engine to burn oil) it at no charge to see if that helped. We informed the customer that if that did not resolve the engine using oil the only other conclusion that could be made is that the engine is burning it probably due to being ran with low oil and causing excessive wear on the piston rings. We have not heard anything form this customer since then. I can understand the frustration on the part of the customer but in no way did the services we provided cause the engine to suddenly start burning oil internally on all four cylinders. If the PCV valve did not resolve this issue then we stand behind our findings that the engine is worn due to lack of oil and encourage the customer to obtain a second opinion from a certified shop.

I called Patriot Automotive to get an estimate for wheels and tires today, I was told to get a [redacted]' life looser. I called back and requested to speak to a manager, just to find out that it was [redacted] the owner of this business that had spoke to me like that. I was floored. [redacted] stated that he had just gotten several hangup phone calls and that he was sorry. The majority of people these days use cell phones and the signal can be problematic and best sometimes. Action should be taken against any company that would treat a customer in such a vulgar and offensive manner.

I have worked with Patriot Automotive on a few occasions, but my first experience won me over. I was in a bind and needed a set of tires for used car I had just purchased, which had street slicks. It was February, so the car was squirrelly to say the least. All the other shops around town wanted close to a grand for tires - of course they were trying to sell me their best, but I just needed something with traction. Chris at Patriot was really helpful and made me an amazing deal on a set of tires. Knowing that I was on a particular budget and had this immediate safety need, he didn't take advantage of me, rather he did me a solid and really helped me out. That simple transaction made me a life long customer.
As of this writing (2/1/16), I have purchased 3 more sets of tires for other cars, and have had some engine work done on one of them. Their pricing is fair and competitive and their service is amazing. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

The folks at Patriot are professional and knowledgeable. Their rates are reasonable and work is done in a timely manner. Will go back anytime I need their services and will recommend them to others :-)

Excellent customer service. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to help fix my vehicle or direct me to a place that could. Multiple times they fit me into the shop without an appointment and as soon as I had arrived. They were able to fix the issues I had with my vehicles, and the one time they couldn't, they directed me to a shop that immediately fixed my problem and had as exceptional customer service as Patriot did. They had fair pricing on my repairs. I would definitely recommend Patriot Automotive for small repairs to your vehicle.
