Please accept this letter in response to a complaint that your company received from a former customer of Patriot Car Wash Inc located at *** *** *** *** ** ***On Thursday May 15, 2015, the customer entered the car wash at approximately 4:pmAt that time, the attendant began the
process of spraying his tires with a solution called *** ***, which according to the manufacturer is a highly concentrated wheel cleaner formulated to safely clean clear coated and painted aluminum, powder coated mag, chrome, wire wheels and plastic hubcaps and contains no Acid or CausticThe customer requested that the attendant spray the hood of his car with the *** *** solution since there were bird droppings on it that he was concerned the automatic part of the washer would not suffice to rid of; the attendant compliedAfter the car exited the wash, the attendants had dried the car, without notice of any damage, other than the front end of the car which had clearly been in a accident prior to his visitThe next day, the customer visited Patriot Car Wash for a second time, reporting that the *** *** solution had stripped the hood of its primerI thought this to be a suspicious claim for a number of reasonsHe worked for the car wash in the past prior to my ownership knew what *** *** was used for and yet still requested e attendant use it to clean the bird droppingsSecond, he admitted that his car was coated with a primer and not paint meant for carsLastly he made no mention of any damage prior to leaving the washIn summary I do not feel that we were negligent in any manner and it is for these reasons that I have asked the customer to contact my attorney and to refrain from returning to have services rendered by Patriot Car Wash Inc
