*** *** is correct as statedHe brought his *** *** in for service to Patriot Chevrolet to have his Air Conditioning serviced Repair Order # ***We successfully were able to diagnosis the A/C concernThe system was completely emptyOur Certified Technician performed an
evacuation and recharge of the A/C system and installed tracer dye*** *** is also correct that he returned right after his visit with a thumping noise from his vehicle while making slight turns. Unfortunately, with the previous repair there was no need to road test vehicle due to the vehicle was brought into the shopThe technician confirmed the A/C concern and performed the repairAt that point it was returned back to the customer*** *** is also correct that the component that was found to be causing the noise was the sway bar link. I do understand how *** *** feels that the noise was not there priorHowever, *** *** stated that this vehicle was purchased as a second vehicle for long trips and is kept in a garage Even though the vehicle is not driven a lot, as it sits the “rubber” starts to stiffen from lack of use and deterioratesIt is just like the Human Body when it lies aroundAlso with the A/C system being empty it leads me to believe that there is a leak in the system which is probably from a rubber seal that possible over time has deteriorated*** *** has not returned for Diagnosis. In response to the wiper blade concernAs per the PA State Inspection Guide Lines, it states that Reject if the wiper blades are torn or smear or streak windshield after cyclesWe have also done some homework and searched the web and found that several websites (Including *** *** & ***.com) recommend replacement of your vehicles wiper blades every months I also looked in the customers records and found the last time we have records that the wiper were replaced was 1/19/RO# ***This is also a rubber item and as a vehicle is not operated on a regular basis and have the wipers lubricated from either rain or washer fluid it will accelerate the rubber becoming stiff and not clear the windshield properly as per the PA State guidelines. In response to the concern of the “Rodent’s Chewing” the ignition wireThis was on RO# *** 2/11/This was prior to Patriot Chevrolet being in business. This repair was performed by *** ***. With all this being said I after discussing this with the customer I agreed to provide the customer with a Store Credit of $in the interest of customer retentionI applied that to his Patriot VIP Rewards Account that he will be able to use towards future service needs on his Vehicles or for the A/C System repair .Kind Regards, Roger P***Fixed Operations Manager

[redacted] is correct as stated. He brought his 1999 [redacted] in for service to Patriot Chevrolet to have his Air Conditioning serviced Repair Order # [redacted]. We successfully were able to diagnosis the A/C concern. The system was completely empty. Our Certified Technician performed an...
