Hello , The filters that were supplied by Phoenix Sales are 100% correct per the part number provided by ** *** Before an order was placed on Phoenix Sales I also mention on 9/15/to *** *** that GE does not make filters and that they would come most likely with the Manufacture information
on them that makes them for G.EWe then received his order on 9/18/2017, and on 10/24/we received another email stating he has to return the filters because they are not GE brandI then reminded *** *** about my email dated 9/that GE does not make these filtersI also mentioned if these filters had a problem with fit, form or function we would be more than happy to address thatI do have email documentations to back up my claims

I am rejecting this response because:
The order we sent to Phoenix Sales is attachedPO *** The part number and the manufacturer is stated as GEThe picture of the actual product sent is also attachedIt is a PENTEK PE-Nothing to do with GEWhen I asked the salesperson before we sent the PO if they were GENUINE GE filters, he told me he was buying them from GE. I also have all the email thread available to show stating these were supposed to be GECan they show me the GE part number *** on any of these filters they sent?

Nothing to do with GE. When I asked the salesperson before we sent the PO if they were GENUINE GE filters, he told me he was buying them from GE. I also have all the email thread available to show stating these were supposed to be GE.
