Communication from the company about the installation date was almost nonexistent; they rarely returned phone calls or answered the phoneThey finally showed up month later than the original installation date There wasn't any advanced notification about the date when they actually did show up
Two posts were installed too close the house so the top piece on the post could not be installed without trimming the piece The installers trimmed one piece (poorly done) and didn't even bother to trim the second piece (they just left the piece sitting crooked on top of the post)
After days of installation, one gate still needed to be installed Nothing happened for over a week until after I called the company to inquire what was going on Amazingly, they showed up the next day to finish the job
On the positive side, we asked for some wood fencing to be delivered early so we could stain one side before the fence was installed They did deliver the fencing as agreed to

heavy spring rainsWe value our customers and try to address issues in a timely mannerDuring the process of scheduling the repair, we did experience minor confusion with another customer with the same last name with a different concernI mistakenly contacted Ms*** on Friday to confirm that someone would be out to fix the fenceShe returned my call to let me know that we had confused her situation; once we were aware of the mix-up, our owner personally fixed the problem the next business day.Regarding the damage in question, in our opinion it was not solely caused by an installation issueThe pickets had been broken off (see attached pictures)The damaged pickets were replaced as part of our repair
