refrigerant.  At that time, we could not find any problems to make repairs. Our technician advised that if his problem continued, he should give us a call back and we would address whatever issues that the unit would have.  .  We had not heard back from the client until he was insisting on a refund for our service call and diagnosis.  The client never gave us a opportunity to take a second look to see if there was a re-occurring problem.  The client also stated that our technician was inexperienced.  Our technician has been working for our company for 4 years, as a service technician and also attended a HVAC program and has acquired all necessary certifications, where he graduated top of the class. At this point, we will not refund the customer, due to the fact that we provided a service and guarantee all work for 30 days.  (Which is documented on our serviceman slip that was signed by the customer prior to our tech leaving the property)  We were not given an opportunity to uphold our warranty for this call.  In addition, we were never given any documentation from another certified company, with recommendations and/or proof of payment.Thank you for addressing this matter.GregPatriot TeamP.O. Review: On Oct. 5, 2012 I called Patriot that my furnice was leaking water. They sent a person and charged me $175 to tell me yes it's leaking and has to be replaced. On Oct. 16, 2012 they replaced it and charged me $3000 and I was to get $1500 back when

the part is returned. I've call them 4 times between Dec.2012 and the begining of Mar.2113 and left a message for them to call with no responce. At the end of Mar.2013 I called and threatened to take leagal action I got a call back in an hour and

they clamed they did not get the money back from the suplyer. The next day they called saying they got back only $ 1200. to this day Apr. 16, 2013 I have yet to see a cent.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $ 1500, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.

Response:

This issue has already been addressed and customer has been refunded in full. Unfortunately, there was an error made and we were not refunded by our vendor in full nor in a timely fashion. We did however extend a FULL refund to our customer despite the error and the fact that they were really only entitled to receive the lower amount. We did the best that WE could to provide quality customer service, given the situation that occurred.
