Mr*** brought to our attention that his payment had not been posted on his account from a payment he made through our online payment portal. We corrected the problem and posted his payment along with refunding the late charge. We made the corrections within hours. We also
sent a copy of his statement showing that his balance is zero.We are sorry for any inconvenience

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. While the business's response is satisfactory and I consider the matter resolved and closed, I'm left with lingering doubts about the business which the Revdex.com should consider:1) The business made no attempt to apologize for the error or the rude customer service I experienced. To be fair, I noticed an obligatory "I'm sorry" in the response through the Revdex.com.2) According to the their representative, this business was KNOWINGLY sending out invoices (including ones I received on 9/1 and 9/14) that did not reflect payments made after 8/15. While this may have simply been ill-considered action, I wonder how many people paid without question.

I purchased replacment windows in June 2005. One window is broken and the other window is damaged. There was alifetime warranty.Alside Window brand Desired SettlementI want the windows replaced.

We have not received an updated statement in over a year. We have requested tax identification information as well and have not received a response.We took out a home improvement loan through Patriot Home Improvement in 2007 for windows, siding and tree removal. The loan was financed by [redacted] Bank for [redacted] The work was completed satisfactorily by Patriot as agreed. The loan was transferred to [redacted] and we continued making payments. Patriot Home Improvement bought our loan from Greentree under the name of [redacted] of[redacted] Once Patriot Home Improvement went out of business it became more difficult to contact anyone. We no longer received regular statements nor did we ever receive a 1099 or any tax identification information. [redacted] has a lien on our home showing a second mortgage and we would like to possibly refinance the loan. We are unable to inquire with [redacted] as I have been informed she has Alzheimer's and all questions, payments and correspondence should be directed to [redacted] at[redacted] We sent a request via certified mail with signature confirmation for the updated information on [redacted] but have not received a response. Please help us get an updated balance as well as interest paid and tax identification.Desired SettlementNone
