I am rejecting this response because:
The issue is that Mr. P[redacted], speaking for Patriot in 2013, diagnosed the problem as WATERMEAL infestation, a diagnosis that Mr. S[redacted] repeated last summer when he inspected the pond. Yet our pond was treated for AGAE. not for WATERMEAL . Mr. S[redacted] acknowledged the mistake and offered a treatment for WATERMEAL free of charge. We turned down his offer 
because he said that the available treatment had only 50% chance of success.
We received bills for POND TREATMENT which we paid promptly. The total came to $972.50.
We never received the invoices with detailed information that Mr. S[redacted] attached to his reply to our complaint. Had we received any indication that the pond was treated for ALGAE we would have promptly reminded Patriot that the problem they diagnosed was WATERMEAL.
After paying $972.50 for the wrong treatment we are still facing the WATERMEAL problem.
In view of what we have learned by reading the invoices Mr. S[redacted] attached to his reply, we would like to return to his offer of treating the pond for WATERMEAL , free of additional charges. The new treatment would resolve our complaint

I am the Operations Manager of the Company, not a biologist, nor did I become the Owner in such a short period of time, as is referenced in the complaint. I met with the [redacted]'s at their property to understand their concerns and I brought the original Proposal (#[redacted]), which detailed the service as being targeted towards algae, never watermeal. As value added and a show of good faith, I offered to apply a watermeal treatment free of charge, but the [redacted]'s declined the offer. They were also provided my business card, which contained my title, email, and personal cell phone number.The attached documentation details Patriot Land and Wildlife's official position on this matter. This series of documents was sent to the [redacted]'s on 10/10/14 and was the last correspondence that occurred.I appreciate your time and consideration in this matter.Respectfully,Ryan S Operations Manager
