I wanted so bad to make this switch, but the service isn't good; in fact it's quite bad. The customer service department is only open during the week so if you have a problem In the evening on Friday, you're out of luck until Monday. Coming from AT&T, we had to get new phones. Our phones would not work on Sprint's towers. Patriot Mobile piggy-backs off of Sprint's cell towers. I wish I would have known THAT before we started making the switch over.
There is no way to quickly get a SIM card if something happens to your phone. You have to wait for them to send it to you. Also, they send the SIM cards through FedEx and a signature is required, so you have to stay home and wait for FedEx. Heaven forbid you miss the driver. Then you have to wait another day for them to redeliver or you have to drive to wherever FedEx is located after 8 pm.
It is not convienent for my family to have Patriot Mobile. We were paying less with AT&T and the service and quality were so much better.
I didn't switch all the lines at once and now I am starting to switch back the lines I already switched over.
I really wanted this to work out. I'm sorry it didn't.
Upstanding honest guy...great work...willing to work with you...I'm a single mom..money is always tight...he worked with me and I appreciate that....Patriot mobile has a customer for life...!!
While searching online for a replacement turbocharger for my '08 Sprinter, I stumbled upon Rodger and his company, Patriot mobile. After discussing my options with him to replace turbo and perform other general maintenance services, I was very impressed with him. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism about working on my sprinter that I work on my sprinter. My daughter and I travel the country towing boats and live in our sprinter. This would give you an idea me having my van in top notch condition is so important to me. After spending 12 hours at his facility and him completing all the work that I requested, I departed on my travels extremely pleased with his company's service, workmanship, professionalism, and price. I have since then called him from the road to ask advice on any problem that may exist with my sprinter. We are very thankful to have found and worked with Rodger and his company. We will definitely return to patriot mobile repair again.drove 300 miles just to have him
