Please accept this letter as a response  and apology to a complaint, file # [redacted], that was placed against Patriot Mortgage Corporation. 
Patriot Mortgage Corporation started an auto dialing, telemarketing account that would...

help contact potential customers for business.  The list of numbers that was provided to us for auto-dialing stated that  100% of the telephone numbers would be crossed with the National Do Not Call list.  We trusted that this would be true and that the numbers listed under DNC would not be called.  We believe that everything was done to respect the wishes of the people who placed their numbers on the DNC list.  However, somehow in this instance a number was missed and contacted by accident.  This has been very upsetting to us here at Patriot Mortgage Corporation as well and we are doing everything we can to resolve the issues that have come about.  We are also making every attempt that we can to be sure that numbers listed on the DNC list are not called, by completely removing them from our systems and re-reporting them to the DNC list.  Our systems will no longer be able to dial the numbers that have been reported.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.  We will do everything we can to make sure that this does not happen again.
