Below is the excerpt pertaining to photographs from my Service Contract that was signed by my Client on March 3, 2014. All of the pictures that I have taken or posted to Facebook of the Client’s Pet were in fact taken during the Service period. Therefore, I am not in
violation of the Contract. A complete copy of the signed Contract is available upon request
4.10 Consent for Photographs. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted], owner, Patriot Pet Care, did not disclose information to me about an incident that occurred while my dog was in her care that could have landed me in a lawsuit!  She is negligent, most of the photos taken were taken either in my HOUSE or in my BACKYARD, thus I offer WHEN did she do the job in which I was paying her for ... WALKING my dog!!  She is irresponsible, I gave her specific instructions as to WHERE and HOW to walk my dog, and she specifically disobeyed them.  I do NOT endorse this business, trust this owner and I definitely do NOT want my dogs pictures on her Facebook page, this suggests that I do both aforementioned.
