I am rejecting this response because:
The pool company has no idea of my intentions for the pool because they stopped service weeks into the summer They owed me service and never fulfilled on the contractWhen I first confronted them on this he said he would work it out I made numerous calls and emails but they never responded
I experienced a small line leak which I ask them to evaluate but never responded only that the entire pool needs to be redone When I wanted to address the issue they never responded to my calls or emailsI indicated when I first met that I wanted to sell the house in the future but was not interested in remolding the entire pool Since then, another pool company evaluated the situation and pinpointed the leak They were shocked that Patriot was trying to remold the entire pool
Consequently I checked with other customers who used Patriot and their feedback on them this year was similar to my experience

The customer did not want to spend the money to properly fix major issues with the pool He is looking to sell the house and stick the next owner with the problems it seems like We fulfilled our services to open and clean the poolWe did not charge any further expenses We do not
want to service pools that are in need of work They are headaches
