After doing all my homework ,talking to everyone I knew that had a in ground pool I came to the conclusion this was going to be a nightmare from start to finish then only later I would be happy it was done This journey was just the opposite we had high expectations all were met Arron and Jamie are the best they are very detail ordinated they lead us through each step ,and made sure through the whole process we satisfiedtheir whole team were very respectful and professional .We would recommend anyone who wants a fair honest company to call patriot pools they are proven the best
My pool liner began to float which led to an eventual tear in the linerI called other companies first and they would not touch the job since the pool liner was floating and I needed a solution to take care of the root cause of the high water tableI was referred to Patriot Pools by another companyJamie and Aaron rockThey made time for me came up with a great solution and gave a good price for the new liner and water drainage systemThe liner looks great and the drainage system kept the pool liner in place with no floating all summer even with large stormsThey are straight forward down to earth people that give an honest assessment and do honest workI feel fortunate to have found the for my pool needs

When we decided to get a pool we made the decision that we did not want a "cookie cutter" company that ran in and out without spending the time necessary to teach us how to care for our pool. We quickly learned that there is much to learn about how your pool works and proper pool care. Working with [redacted] and [redacted] was a wonderful experience. They never failed to answer our questions even if they had to find many ways to restate what they all ready told us. They were / are always available to take crisis calls from us when something did not seem right and even came over numerous times to check on how we were / are doing with the pool care. I highly recommend this company and give it a 5 star rating!

Had need for in-ground swimming pool bottom wall repair and liner replacement. Repairs performed and liner replaced efficiently and professionally. Pool has vinyl covered steps and new liner fits like a glove. Price was great. Aaron and Jamie are great people to work with. Will Use Patriot Pools of Virginia for any future pool issues that may occur.
