We just received this as of 9-14-Mr [redacted] stated the vehicle was towed on 8-19-and identified it as an SUVAfter doing some research we fount the vehicle in question was actually towed on 8-20-The Ford Expedition was towed by the request of the StCloud Police DepartmentWe towed the vehicle to our facility and the police put holds on the vehicle for proof of insurance, current registration and licensed driverWhen law enforcement places these types of holds on the vehicle we need to get that information before we can release itThese are the St Cloud Police Department holds, not All Care Towing Incholds.On 8-21-two males and a female came to the office attempting to get the Expedition releasedThey had to wait for a time period because they came after business hoursWe release hours a day but it is by driver availability on the weekends outside the M-F 8AM-5PMWhen we were able to release the vehicle the customers didn't have the correct paperwork requested by the police departmentWhen we explained this to the customers the were unhappy with this informationAfter some unfavorable verbal language they were asked to leave and come back during business hours.The customers came back on 8-22-with the proper paperwork and the vehicle was releasedIt was picked up at approx2:PM on the 22ND.We have to get the proper paperwork to satisfy the holds placed by law enforcementWe understand Mr [redacted] was upset because the vehicle was towed in the first place but the police requested the towif you have any other questions please let us know

fount the vehicle in question was actually towed on 8-20-16. The 2001 Ford Expedition was towed by the request of the St. Cloud Police Department. We towed the vehicle to our facility and the police put holds on the vehicle for proof of insurance, current registration and licensed driver. When law enforcement places these types of holds on the vehicle we need to get that information before we can release it. These are the St Cloud Police Department holds, not All Care Towing Inc. holds.On 8-21-16 two males and a female came to the office attempting to get the Expedition released.
