I am so happy that I went with Patriot Roofing! I had tried many times over the years to get my old wood shake roof replacedI couldn't ever get approval from my insurance company for the replacementKevin,a project manager with Patriot Roofing, happened to be outside speaking with a neighbor when I went to get the mailHe was very personable, knowledgeable, and optimistic No overbearing sales pitches or pressure the entire time, a laid-back "let's give it a try" attitude I didn't have to arrange anything except a time for the insurance adjuster to check out my roofKevin, Steven, and Clint met with the adjuster and took care of everythingI am very picky and they worked tirelessly as a team to help me find my perfect roofTeamwork seems to be an integral part of this companyI think that I came up with every question possible and Kevin would either have the answer immediately or would call in another team member to assistHe even rescued a possum out of my attic and had it relocatedHe made sure any wildlife, trees, etcwere not harmedPatriot Roofing is a very professional company and my experience has been excellentI highly recommend Kevin and the whole Patriot Roofing team! Patriot Roofing replaced my roof less than a year agoOnce they received all the insurance money due to them, they were very hard to contact for issues that were incomplete, but eventually all the issues were complete (siding etc)It is less than year since my roof was done and I noticed a small leak in the front hallway ceilingI can see where the shingles were not extended enough to cover that areaI called [redacted] at the Patriot Roofing number in Lexington nearly two weeks agoDevu - here we go again with the non-responsesI will call again - I am about to put my house on the market and I WANT THIS FIXED NOW! Bad way to do business, ***! I will be calling until this is fixedIf you don't act responsibly, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com and write reviews more detailed reviews in other online venuesIf I have to hire another roofer to do the job right, I will be taking this matter further

Patriot Roofing recently replaced our roof, along with one of our garage doors due to hail damage Even though it was a process we weren't looking forward to, Clint walked us through all of the steps and completed the work with the utmost professionalism We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire them again in the future
