I [redacted] Assistant Vice President for Patriot Security EOC, have read and would like to respond to the complaint filedI did receive a call from the customer in regard to canceling the Alarm System due to him movingI asked him if he was moving around the area and if he would like to keep his System and move it with himHe told me he was moving to San Antonio and would not be taking his SystemI then told him I would pull and review his signed contract with Patriot Security He did email and call the office in which I have been in meetings but have left messages on his cell phone he provided in the emailWe have continuously missed phone callsIn the signed contract with Patriot Security he still has 1year left on the contractThe amount for buyout of the contract is $We would like to resolve this matter with the customer and make it to where both the customer and Patriot Security EOC can come to a happy resolution
