Review: I ordered a pair of boots on April 12th, 2013 and havent received anything about the status of the order yet. I was charged for the boots and the site claims they are in stock. Everytime I call to check on the order I get a we are closed voicemail and the one time I called and got ahold of someone I was told to call back at 4:50 p.m. only to get another we are closed voicemail. Emails will not get any response and I cannot contact over phone so I'm starting to think the site is fraud and they stole my money. Their order status page on the site fails to open so there is absolutely no way to tell if my order was even processed other then the fact I was charged. When I placed the order I was given an order confirmation email and a shady email about a [redacted] guarantee program the site supposedly participates in that I have yet to come across on any other major shopping sites.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I ordered and if I cannot receive it I want my money refunded back into my account and the site to be given a bad mark by Revdex.com.

Review: I placed an order for a pea coat (cost $175) on December 19th, 2013 for a holiday present. Even though I paid for rush shipping, it didn't reach my gift recipient until January 9th, 2014. The coat was returned and confirmed receipt for processing on January 11th, 2014. It is currently Fedbruary 10th, 2014 and I have been emailing and calling every day and nobody has gotten back to me on my order nor have I received a refund of $175. it is quite a disappointment as my father is a Vietnam Vet and the present was for him and he still has yet to receive his Christmas present. The order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the money to be refunded ASAP to the card it was originally charged to so that I could order my father a coat from another place that is reputable.

Review: Pants that were ordered were put on back order after we placed order on Jan 13, 2014. We have attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone messages. 4 times via email and 4 messages via phone. Patriot Surplus did respond once via computer system message but have not answered our questions about how long the pants will be on back order. We had ordered the pants and shirts with a specific date for use in mind which is March 8th. Our tracking shows that the shirt has been shipped but we have not received. Also, we were charged at the time of order but have not seen the shipment yet. We need to know when delivery is expected! If we had known that the pants were on back order, we would not have ordered since we had a deadline. The website did not reveal this until days after the order was placed.

In addition, Patriot Surplus advertises on their website that their hours are 9 am to Midnight Monday thru Friday, and also weekend hours open. This is not true because when we have tried to call after 5 pm they are closed and we cannot even leave a message.Desired Settlement: We desire a full refund on our credit card because the products that were ordered will probably not be here by our needed deadline.

Review: ordered product online on 1/9/14. Hard nothing for several days. Sent email as to status of order. They responded that they emailed me on 1/10/14 telling me the product was discontinued and they were waiting to here from me as to accepting a substitution or cancel the order. I had received no such email. I emailed them telling them to cancel the order. They have done nothing. The charge ($179.77) is still on my credit card. They no longer respond to emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: remove the charge from my credit card

Review: I purchased items (a shirt, sweatshirt, and boots) from their website, for my son for Christmas. I did receive all three of the items in a timely fashion. However, I proceeded to send the boots back for a smaller size, and I have yet to hear from the company. I spoke to them a few times regarding therir policies and procedures for exchanges, and I even gave them my credit card number for shipping the new pair of boots. They have charged my card for the shipping and I have not heard from them since. I have emailed them numerous times and I have called them on many occasions. I only get a recording when I call and I have left several messages that have yet to be returned.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get the boots for my son that I ordered and preferably an apology for their unproffesional behavior.

Review: I purchased a pair of work boots which were the wrong size from the label on the box. I called them and they would not send me the correct size until they received the first pari back. I did not want to wait that long so I asked to return them. They sent me a label via email and I sent them back immediately. They were received and signed for on 1/6/14 and to date I have not received a refund. They have ignored all messages I leave. They never answer the phone,you're on hold forever then put to voicemail. All I want is my refund.

Review: I ordered a pair of boots on january 8, the payments was cleared as of january 18.

since I received the order confirmation email, I have tried calling at least a dozen times (leaving voicemails every time), and emailed them about as many times, and I have not gotten a single reply.

it has now been a month, and the order status screen stil says "in packing as of jan.15"Desired Settlement: I really would still like to receive my order, as the items are difficult to find in my area. however, I feel due to the long delays in shipping, I should be entitled to at least a refund of the shipping charges. if that is not an option, then I would like the order cancelled, and a full refund.

Review: I ordered a belt from their online store.

When the product arrived, the was not the one I ordered.

I called the 800 number, and was unable to talk to anyone.

I left a message, withe my phone number.

I called 2 weeks ago and have gotten no response at all.

I called and left several other messages, still on response.

Review: I ordered mercandise on 3/27, debit card was charged on 3/29. The companies website said it was in shipping on 4/3. I have called the company on 4/10 & 4/16 and was told it would ship that day. Never revived the item. I emailed and sent a message through Facebook on 4/19 to cancel the order and asked for a refund of my $ 54.94. The company has not replied to my request nor have they processed my refund.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back since this has been over a month since I ordered the item and no longer wish to do business with them.

When you call the 800 number it puts you on hold for a few minutes and then says no one is available so to leave a message. I have left at least 3 messages. I have called 15-20 times over the past 3 weeks, plus sent numerous emails as well. When I sent the emails I just receive an automated response.Desired Settlement: I just want my daughter to receive the boots that I ordered for her. Thank you.

Ive tried being patient with them and asking for an exchange but now I just want my refund so I can purchase a pair of boots else where. Review: Product was ordered and payed for on December 15 online. Order was not recieved due to mistake made in addressing. After the issue was addressed through email, no response was received from the company. According to the company policy, responses are to be expected within 24 to 48 hours. Review: On January 2, 2014, I purchased one pair of Men's [redacted] 8" C4 Trainer Desert Tan Military Boots from Patriot Surplus on line.

My credit card was charged the correct amount of 119.99.

Value ground shipping was used which was suppose to take 3 to 5 business days to ship the order to me.

I received an email confirmation of my order and my card being charged.

I have not received my order. I have called 13 times and left several messages. I have sent five emails with no response as to the status of my order. No one at the company answers the telephones during their business hours.Desired Settlement: I either want my boots or my money refunded as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered a pair of boots from the Patriot Surplus website on 09 JAN 2014, and received a confirmation of my purchase within an hour. Order number is [redacted]. The amount of $119.99 was debited from my [redacted] credit card on 11 JAN 2014. After not receiving any email updates about shipping or order status after two weeks, I called during their business hours and could not get a hold of anyone. Since then, I have called every day - multiple times, using different extensions to try to get a hold of anyone that is affiliated with that company. I have also sent over a dozen emails within the past week, and even messaged them twice through their [redacted] account. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have not received my item, nor received an email/phone call offering support or outcome on my issue.Desired Settlement: Two outcomes: Get the boots I ordered or FULL refund
