Review: I am very upset about the way I was treated when I dropped my animal off. I am even more upset about the way this woman treated me when I picked my animal up! She was cursing at me. She was handling my animal very roughly and she threw her on me. 5 days before Christmas this woman verbally attacked me as I walked through her door to pick the cat up. She was still yelling at me as I told her Merry Christmas as I walked out of her door. She was rude on the phone when I called her to see about picking my cat up. She left my cat alone in her building because she told me they were closing in 15 minutes @ 10:35am when it took me 20 minutes to get to her shop. I had to drive 20 minutes back home to call this woman and another 20 minutes back to the business to get my animal. How do you close at 10:35am if the job I am paying you for is not complete? After all of this when I finally got my animal she was still wet, never dried and it is December! The cat was shaved and is very choppy looking as well as has some patches of hair that were never even cut. So this is what I get for trying to support a small business in my town!Desired Settlement: My money back would be great but I really just want to make people aware of how this business is ran and how they treat their customers and animals! Thank you!

Review: Went to get are pure breed dog hair cut. The lady didn't even listened to me how we wanted cut. She completely shaved the dog. But it gets better on my dogs chest it is shaved raw down to skin an on the tail a big knick down to skin also. Didn't find out until came home because the groomer had a scarf over chest.
