Review: Gave a deposit off $5,000.00 on a 2012 [redacted] on 12/1.Gave the remaining balance off $21,000.00 on 12/4.Truck has a salvage title which needed an inspection in[redacted] MA on 12/5.Truck failed inspection.Asked what was wrong and a sensor was bad.12/9 asked when the truck was going for the inspection said that day the truck never went.Asked again on 12/10 about the inspection and was told it never went.On 12/10 at 4:26 pm requested my money back thru text message with a follow up voice mail on 12/12.As of 12/31 I have not received my money back.Every time I call [redacted] he is working on getting me my money.My money was used to pay off the loan or lease he had on the truck. As of 12/31 the truck is still being repaired at some dealer is what I am being told.Since 12/10 I have requested my money twice a week .I have copies of the bank checks and the receipt for the vehicle I will also be filing with the [redacted] form [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $26000.00 in a certified bank check
