customer changed their mind and decided to cancel service well past the agreed upon date. Alpheus spent several months attempting to collect the monthly contractual agreed upon charges as the customer entered into a formal and legal commitment and failed to follow through with the contract. Alpheus Communications strives to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in service. As such, in a show of goodwill, Alpheus made a decision to release the customers’ liability in this case. Effective July 14, 2017, the customer has been notified their obligations are cleared. courtesy, we waived the Early Termination liability and even offered to work with the customer on the payment of their final invoice. The customer’s representative, Office Manager [redacted], went on to add they appreciated Alpheus Communications help and willingness to work with them on this matter, specifically stating they were not dissatisfied with the service and in fact thanked us for many years of service. Mr. [redacted]' complaint was thoroughly investigated and we verified the original service disconnect date on record conflicted with the actual disconnect date. The issue has been corrected and a credit has been ordered dating back to 12/12/2014 in the amount of $1,238.35 which...
includes all taxes and fees. This credit will appear on his customer invoice statement of August 1, 2015.
