First contact (by phone as he is out of state) with this customer He was offering $14200 on the vehicle we had at a higher price I did inform him that I may be able to get that vehicle down to $15500 he declined & informed me that that price was too high for him. About three days later he...

contacted our office wanted to purchase at said price at that time I confirmed with ownership and I was given a lowest price of $16000 due to some auction fee that were not accounted for.  I contacted customer he said that was not possible and would kill the deal for him. Ownership did contact customer after Revdex.com complaint was filed in a good faith effort to try to resolve and come to terms where everyone would be happy. Customer informed us that had has since purchased another vehicle. We apologize for any misunderstanding or hardship the this breakdown in negotiations may have had.
