Please tell me after my plus years in business I sure if you look my company has a stellar record probably not perfect but nonetheless I would say stellar
How can I defend myself here, as I stated the circumstances around my company's defense and have (I think) answered to the best of my ability the questions asked of meIs somehow what *** *** correct and what I am stating not?
Has anyone from your office asked the vehicle *** weather or not he was aware that an aftermarket suspension system was in his vehicle which limits anyone's discovery ability for worn parts? When the shop reached out to the vehicle *** requesting additional monies to perform the alignment properly we were told no
When the vehicle broke and was towed to another garage why didn't the vehicle *** elect to have them perform the necessary repairs, why after a shop did something wrong you would intentionally have it bought back to them for additional work
When the vehicle *** called and expressed to us his problem we offered steep discounts for the work needed which he agreed to prior to us ever getting his vehicle from where it was towed toThen after we retrieve the vehicle perform the repairs and he picks it up we then get a letter from the Revdex.com that he wanted it all done for free
When the shop who towed it in gave a price that was 25% higher than what we charged would you complain about that price
He also was made aware that the other side of the vehicle has the same problem going on and he chose not to address that - But he's somehow concerned about safety
If your office finds us to be wrong we will negotiate further but someone should investigate a little bit more before we go further I think

[When I took my truck in for the anlignment at patterson auto body they had no issues about how lefted the truck is, if they couldn't do the job they should had never touch it they know that there tech screw up and thier just using the truck left kit as an excuse They should just pay for thier error not me The truck was tow to tire warehouse in *** ** and gave me an estimate of 2189.and change and when state that to *** from patterson auto he told me that he can save me money on parts and I told him that I shouldn't be paying for anything and that when said that he will pick up my truck at no cost to me .why would he offer to pick up the truck and save me money on parts if they did nothing wrong .

The [redacted] of the vehicle was well aware of this as he was informed that there would be an additional labor step necessary to do a complete an accurate alignment which he declined because of the additional charge which would have been incurred. 
The [redacted] of this vehicle had it at another repair garage where he was quoted over $2,500 for the work and we did it for less than $2,000
If this [redacted] did not have this suspension altered to be this way, as perhaps he purchased it used then he should have asked questions. We also informed him that the other side has very much the same issues going on and yet he still picked it up and drove away.

Review: I HAD A WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE ON MY TRUCK [H3] ON 08/**/2014 AND ON THE MORNING OF 09/**/2014 MY LEFT FRONT WHEEL FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING. I NOTIFIED PATTERSON AUTO BODY IN REFERENCE TO WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW THE WHEEL FELL OFF, BUT THEY WILL PICK-UP THE TRUCK AT THEIR COST AND REPAIR IT, BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT FOR FREE.I FEEL THAT THE TECH WHO WORKED ON THE TRUCK DID NOT INSPECT THE FRONT END AS HE SHOULD OF BEFORE ANY WHEEL ALIGNMENT WAS ATTEMPTED. I FEEL THAT THEIR ERROR, COULD OF COST MY LIFE,AND POSSIBLY OTHERS AND THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO TAKE RESPOSIBILITY AND FIX THE PROBLEM AT THEIR EXPENSE NOT MINE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED THE 102.90, THE FIRST ALIGNMENT AND THE 1900.00 THAT I PAID FOR REPAIRS THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN PAID BY PATTERSON AUTO THEMSELVES . FOR A TOTAL OF $ 2002.90.
