I am rejecting this response because:I went to the office that morning and the complex said they did not contact anyone to remove any vehicles.The complex also instructed us as tenants to call this company to have anyone who parks in our spot to have the car towedThe office is closed when I get most of the issues occurI really think they just did this because it was a holiday weekend and they were trying to make quick moneyIf there are signs they must be super tiny I have 20/vision and I didn't see one sign about the service chargeThe after hours release fee is ridiculous on their website it says they are open hours and I certainly wouldn't think that am is outside of business hours

Once again, we are contracted by the property owners to tow vehicles parked improperly. Tenants are made aware of the stringent parking regulations and the importance of properly displaying parking permits to avoid unnecessary tows that are to be paid if they fail to do so. We charge a 5% credit card fee because of the copious amount of charge backs we receive for private property impounds and the abundance of unnecessary administrative time it takes to defend them. This customer is an example of that very issue. She reversed charges on her credit card but after an investigation her request was denied. We are a 24hr towing company with paid dispatch, however our office hours are Mon-Fri 8-5pm. The office is closed to patrons Saturday and Sunday. We released her car to her on a Saturday as a courtesy to her, in order for her to avoid storage fees.[redacted] came into the office and was recorded on video surveillance screaming and insulting Tow staff as they tried to provide her courteous service. We are 100% compliant with all NJ Division of Consumer Affairs predatory towing act.[redacted] signed the invoice and the credit card receipt where the charges are clearly marked. There is no refund due.

The property owner called us directly to Tow this vehicle as it was illegally parked in their lot. Our Signs are posted in PLAIN view without any obstructions as per NJ CONSUMER AFFAIRS Guidelines.
